The Agriresidence is about 4 km from the beaches of Costa Rei and Capo Ferrato. The journey takes about 5 minutes by car. Sole d’Estate is an excellent starting point to visit the whole south-eastern coast of the island.

The tourist tax is a tax that all guests have to pay in addition to the cost of the stay in full to the Municipality of Muravera. The daily cost per person (from the age of 13 to 71) is € 0.50 from 15/06 to 15/09 for a maximum of 14 nights.

Cots can be requested for a weekly rate of € 25.00. It is not possible to add beds, the apartments are equipped to make the stay comfortable, an additional bed would make the stay less comfortable.

Our check in time is from 4 pm. In case of earlier arrival a luggage storage service is available and in case the apartment is ready at your arrival, early delivery is available.

We are afraid we cannot host pets, as Agriresidence is situated in a farm

Separate waste collection is mandatory by law. With the separate collection, the recovery of materials that are used to create other commonly used products such as paper, furniture, fleece sweaters, etc. is encouraged. In this way there are significant advantages for the environment: decrease in the amount of waste in landfills and energy savings on the processing of raw materials. The contribution of each individual Guest is indispensable and very important.
To help our guests in the separate collection, we have placed the boxes at the exit of Agriresidence. In each box is placed a sign that will help to throw the waste in the correct place.
