Since 2013, the Ministry of Agricultural Food, Forestry and Tourism Policies, in collaboration with all regional administrations and national agritourism associations, have created a “Agriturismo Italia” sector brand, accompanied by a new classification system.
The brand and the classification system, unique at national level, want to harmoniously represent the spirit and peculiarity of the Italian farmhouse in its various forms, enhance the agricultural characterization of the reception context, which represents one of the most significant expectations of those who choose the farmhouse for your holidays.
The brand, which distinguishes companies regularly operating under national and regional laws, is represented by a sunflower that ideally encloses a farm.
The classification system is based on the level of hospitality comfort, on the variety of services offered, on the company’s location in areas of particular landscape and environmental value and on the specific identity of food and wine culture, architectural and cultural of the offer.
The classification, similar to that in force for hotels and campsites, is divided into categories and is indicated with the attribution of a maximum number of five sunflowers.
At the end of the verification process established by law, Sole d’Estate Agriresidence was assigned 5 sunflowers, the maximum allowed. A result that flatters us and testifies to the great attention we pay to the experience of our guests.
